This vintage Albert Nipon evening dress is a gorgeous example of the a Victorian style resurgence that happened in the 1970s. It is made of a beautiful satin faced black velvet, with a built in satin and tulle slip underneath.  The bodice, collar and cuffs are trimmed in a lovely black lace that creates a layered ruffle. It closes with a side metal zipper.

I would estimate this dress to be a modern day size 12, but please use the measurements as a guide. This dress is in excellent condition, there are some minor rubs to the velvet on the back.
