The Berne 'Highland' is a basic rugged hooded jacket that is made of 12-oz. 100% cotton duck, enzyme washed for a comfortable look and feel. The heavyweight insulation in the body is quilted to a warm brushed tricot lining, but the sleeves are lined with taffeta to make sliding on and off easier.
