Vintage 1970s halter wrap dress in navy blue, green, and rust floral print. Wraps around the waist and closes in back with snaps. Ties at the neck. Excellent condition apart from the faintest hint of a mark above hem, very hard to see, shown in last photo.

No tags. Probably home sewn. Feels like cotton twill but is likely a blend. Refer to measurements and leave room for ease of movement.

Waist across when flat - 33 inches
Length down center front to hem - 36 inches
Waist ties - 24 inches each
